Ramos Gin Fizz



2oz Gin  /  .75oz Cahoots Lavender
1oz Lemon Juice  /  .5oz half-and-half
1 Egg White  /  Soda


Combine gin, Cahoots Lavender, lemon juice, half-and-half, and egg white in a shaker. Dry shake without ice to emulsify. Add ice and hard shake until nearly all the ice has melted. Fine strain into a chilled collins glass or flute. Top with soda.
