Lavender Sangria Popsicles


2 Ripe Peaches (or Nectarines)
2oz Cahoots Lavender
1oz fresh Lemon Juice
Half bottle dry White Wine


Peel peaches or nectarines and set aside half of one peach. Chop remaining fruit into large pieces and place in a food processor along with the lemon juice. Add Cahoots Lavender and half bottle of dry white wine and continue mixing until smooth. Cut remaining half peach into thin slices. Place two slides into each popsicle mold. Strain and divide purée into 6 popsicle molds. Place filled popsicles in the freezer until frozen.
